INTEGRATIONS / VISION
Prime Assist and Vision, one diary in the making.
Prime Assist's connection to Vision is in progress. When it is live, the booking will land in the Vision diary while the caller is still on the line. Prime Assist will read live availability, book directly and write back to the record what your practice agrees in writing. Its EMIS and SystmOne connections are live today.
- Status: in progress
What each practice’s connection will cover is agreed with you in writing before go-live. It can include:
What will sync
- Live diary availability
- Slot types and booking rules
- Demographics for caller matching
What will write back
- Bookings, reschedules and cancellations
- Call summaries to the record
- Timestamped audit trail entries
Typical setup
When the connection is live: discovery, a supervised pilot, then cutover on your sign-off.
The connection will be authorised by you, as data controller.
Vision questions.
Will it work for mixed Vision estates?
Yes, once the Vision connection is live. Groups running Vision alongside other systems will be able to route each site to its own diary, with central reporting across all of them.
What will reception see after a call?
Once the Vision connection is live: the appointment in the diary, a call summary on the record, and an audit log entry for every action the agent took.
Will it check Vision callers against the NHS record?
Not yet. The Vision connection and the NHS Spine connection, for Personal Demographics Service lookups, are both in progress. Every call produces a full transcript and timestamped actions, and when the Vision connection is live, the written record of each call will go into Vision as well.
Will Vision practice callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Prime Assist tells every caller it is an AI at the start of the call, and it does not claim to be human. That applies to every call, whether or not the Vision connection is live. Calls that meet the written escalation triggers agreed with your practice route to a named person in your team, with the transcript.

Three ways to test us. Only one of them involves talking to a human.
Buying voice AI on a slide deck is how people end up with something that fails on the first awkward caller. So we made the product itself easy to try before you commit to anything.
Hear it for yourself, right now
Ring the line, choose a scenario, for example a dental practice or a trades business, and talk to Prime Assist the way one of your callers would. Ask it to book you in, then try to catch it out. No form and no email address.

Put a number on your missed calls
Two questions show the calls you miss today next to the same calls with Prime Assist, where every call is answered at once. Add your own figures to see what they are worth, what answering them would cost from £150 a month including VAT, and how many of your bookings that price equals.

Watch it handle your calls
Bring the three calls that waste the most of your team’s day. We run them live, in your sector’s language, and tell you honestly which ones we would not take. One short form to book.
Book a demoNo card, no sales sequence, one human reply.
Do all three, in that order, and it takes a little over half an hour in total. We would rather you tested the product than read our claims about it.
