Clinical safety (DCB0129) and data protection: Trust is the product.

Prime Assist is an AI receptionist for phone calls, text messages, iMessage, WhatsApp and web chat, with a DCB0129 clinical safety case, signed off by our Clinical Safety Officer, Dr Humzah Jessa, and a UK or EU processing region committed by contract. DCB0129

Clinical risk management standard

WHAT IT IS

The NHS standard for manufacturers of health IT. It requires a maintained clinical safety case, hazard log and a named Clinical Safety Officer.

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOU

It is the difference between a chatbot pointed at healthcare and a system engineered for it. A named clinician is accountable for how this product behaves.

OUR STATUS

Prime Assist has a clinical safety case under DCB0129, signed off by our Clinical Safety Officer, Dr Humzah Jessa. The safety case and hazard log are maintained and shared with healthcare buyers on request. The same facts, word for word, are on our facts page.

A named doctor signs off the clinical safety case.

Our Clinical Safety Officer is Dr Humzah Jessa, a practising doctor and our Chief Medical Officer. He leads clinical risk management for Prime Assist and signs off its clinical safety case under DCB0129. It is a role the standard requires, not a marketing one.

OUR CLINICAL SAFETY OFFICER

Dr Humzah Jessa is named, with his professional registration, in the clinical safety case we share with every healthcare buyer, so your IG lead can check it.

Every other standard, stated exactly

As well as the clinical safety case, we claim these, and only these. The evidence for the DSPT, the DTAC and Cyber Essentials is shared with buyers on request.

  • SUBMITTEDThe NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT)
  • COMPLETEDThe Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC)
  • CERTIFICATIONCyber Essentials
  • REGISTEREDWith the ICO, registration number ZB592265
  • AI TRANSPARENCYEvery caller told it is an AI, as set out below

No other certification, accreditation or assessment status is claimed, for example ISO 27001, and we do not claim NHS approval, endorsement or partnership. Ask on your demo for the documents we can share, and we will tell you plainly what is complete and what is not.

EU AI Act

Transparency obligations for AI systems

WHAT IT IS

The EU regulation governing AI. For a voice agent the central duty is transparency: a person must be told they are interacting with an AI system, and providers must document how the system is governed and overseen.

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOU

A caller who is misled about who they are speaking to is a compliance problem and a trust problem. We treat disclosure as a design rule.

OUR STATUS

Prime Assist identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call, as Article 50 asks, records that it did so in the audit trail, and always offers a route to a human. We can describe our obligations and our controls in writing.

UK or EU data residency

Choose the region your calls are processed and stored in: a UK region, or an EU region for customers who need data to stay inside the Union. Whichever you choose is written into the contract as a commitment, not left as a configuration default.

Gateway Global Ltd is registered with the ICO, the UK data protection regulator, registration number ZB592265. We process personal data under UK GDPR, and under EU GDPR for customers in the EU, with a DPIA template supplied with your data processing agreement.

No call audio or transcript is used to train third-party models.

UK intellectual property

Prime Assist® and GATEWAY GLOBAL LTD.® are registered UK trade marks of Gateway Global Ltd. Patent pending: Gateway Global Ltd has filed three UK patent applications. The technology is built in London: a UK AI maker, not AI taker.

Three ways to test us. Only one of them involves talking to a human.

Buying voice AI on a slide deck is how people end up with something that fails on the first awkward caller. So we made the product itself easy to try before you commit to anything.

Hear it for yourself, right now

Ring the line, choose a scenario, for example a dental practice or a trades business, and talk to Prime Assist the way one of your callers would. Ask it to book you in, then try to catch it out. No form and no email address.

TAKES TWO MINUTES

Put a number on your missed calls
