Call our AI Book a demo

AI receptionist for London businesses.

Prime Assist answers every London caller at once, however many ring together, and books, moves and cancels inside the systems you already run. No rota to cover the peak. Built first for GP, dental and clinic reception, and ready for any London business that answers a phone.

Can I get an AI receptionist for my London business?

Yes. Prime Assist is set up remotely anywhere in Greater London, so there is no site visit and no hardware. Your existing number is diverted, the agent is configured against your services, diary and rules, and it answers, books, routes and escalates from day one. It tells every caller it is an AI, it is built for UK accents, place names and postcodes, and it runs in a UK or EU processing region, committed by contract. Gateway Global Ltd, which makes it, is registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in London.

No rota covers the London peak.

Calls rarely arrive evenly. When several ring at once, a rota sized for an ordinary hour leaves callers waiting, and a line that answers every concurrent caller changes that staffing maths. Prices start at 500 minutes a month for £150 including VAT (£125 plus VAT) on a 12-month agreement, and you get the price for your call volume in writing on your demo.

It also matters that the agent copes with the range of accents on a London phone line, switches language mid-call when a caller does, and checks postcodes that sound alike.

Healthcare in London

NHS services in London are planned and commissioned by four integrated care boards: NHS North East London, NHS South East London, NHS South West London, and NHS West and North London. Which one covers a GP practice or primary care network depends on its borough. Private clinics, dentists and aesthetic practices across the capital answer their own phones, under the same pressure at the front desk.

Prime Assist is built for that front desk first. It books, moves and cancels routine appointments where your diary is connected, and sends urgent, clinical and safeguarding calls to a named person on written triggers agreed with you. A London line brings callers who change language mid-call, and Prime Assist switches with them; each language you use is scripted and tested on your own calls before go-live.

Its clinical safety case under DCB0129 is signed off by our Clinical Safety Officer, Dr Humzah Jessa. Dentally and Dentrix are live, and so are EMIS and SystmOne, through NHS England's IM1 pairing route. Vision is in progress. No London ICB commissions, approves or partners with Prime Assist: we name them so you know who is who.

Questions from London businesses.

Ask us something else

Do you have an office in London?

Our registered office is in London: Gateway Global Ltd is registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden. Prime Assist is deployed and supported remotely, so nobody needs to visit you. What is local is the configuration: your scripts, your systems, your boroughs and your out-of-hours rules.

Which integrated care board covers my London practice?

It depends on your borough. London has four: NHS North East London, NHS South East London, NHS South West London, and NHS West and North London. Prime Assist works the same way under each, and none of them commissions or endorses it.

Can it handle callers who switch language?

Yes. Prime Assist speaks English, Arabic, Hindi, French, German and others, switching mid-call if the caller does. Each language you use is scripted and tested on your own calls before go-live.

Can it cope with London postcodes that sound alike?

It is built for UK accents, place names and postcodes, and your script can have it read back any address it is unsure of rather than guess, which matters when a wrong address means a wasted visit.

Where is our data processed?

In a UK or EU processing region, committed by contract: you choose the region and it is written into your agreement. A written data processing agreement sets out how personal data is handled, and we supply a DPIA template.

Which London businesses use it?

None we can name yet. Prime Assist is in trials, and we publish a customer only with evidence and written permission. Ring the demo line and judge it for yourself.

Three ways to test us. Only one of them involves talking to a human.

Buying voice AI on a slide deck is how people end up with something that fails on the first awkward caller. So we made the product itself easy to try before you commit to anything.
